CASA of Baltimore
CHALLENGE
The Art of Caring auction has been a long-standing event in the Baltimore arts community to raise funds for their child advocacy efforts. Local artists donate works in support of CASA of Baltimore programs.
SOLUTION
I created a series of three illustrations that show the inner richness and creativity within each child, even in the harshest of circumstances. The posters were a cornerstone of the event design and promotion materials.
RESULTS
The work was well-received by the CASA community and the poster series won a Baltimore Addy award.

The Art of Caring is a one-of-a-kind reception, art auction, and public demonstration of intolerance for child abuse held by CASA of Baltimore. CASA’s court-appointed special advocates do everything in their power to protect and serve the interest of children navigating social services and the courts.

RELATED EXPERIENCE: Masterpieces of the Art of Caring Event Materials, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland. Two events both named Art of Caring. Both projects won Addys. Both were designed by me. Coincidences are fun.
